“No, there is hope still. Giavoni left us a facility full of machinery. We are bound to find something that suits our need. We need transport, so I say if we make for the hanger on level one, we can possibly escape via air transport, evading the ground and falling dust, reducing much of the Radiation we must endure,” Clare proposed.
“If it’ll get us out of this hellhole I’ll go for it,” Clark said, nodding. “But considering that we must stick together, our tasks shall have to be completed separately. I say we first go below and get Dr. Kater if he is indeed there, then we rig the reactor on our way back up. We should take straight to the elevator-well ladders and head all the way up to level one. It’ll be a tough climb, but we must make it. Then it’s a last flight to the hanger. Any of y'all know how to fly a chopper or something?”

“I can, but not so well.” Emmerich responded. “Also, do not speak of us as your hope of survival. I am a trained combatant, yes, and I know my way around here somewhat, but those two were ordinary high-school students this morning.” Emmerich laughed. “Well, whoever you once were, when apocalypses comes, all are equal.” Sanders said.
