“SURPRISE!” Karrson shouted as he pulled open the door. He found himself face to face with Hunter, who had evidently been peering through the door crack. He jumped in start. “Damm, Emily. That was some unbelievable shit you just pulled off, man. I’d hug you if you weren’t so...covered in goo.” He patted some of the sticky liquid off of Karrson. “Just leave that there. It is probably not going to come off that easily,” Karrson replied. He closed the door and collapsed against it, his legs giving away under him. He felt he could never stand again. “Can we rest a little before we go on? It’s been some twenty-four hours of none-stop action now.”
