A Start and An End
Karrson fell out of his seat. He marveled at the bus driver’s parking techniques as he pulled his face away from the seat back in front of him and readjusted his glasses. As he seated himself again, he look through the bus window fogged with condensation from the air warmed by some thirty other bus passengers. It was September, and the weather was gradually growing cold. His new school revealed itself to him. Not really an architectural feat, but it seemed beautiful enough to him for the next three years he was going to spend there. He entered the line of students stepping out of the bus and retrieved his trunk from the luggage hold on the side of the bus, and began to walk towards the East Gate of the school. His very first day in high-school. Two months ago Karrson passed the high-school entrance exam with grades unsatisfactory yet not devastating to behold, and was eligible to enter a good high-school, though perhaps far from the best. That no longer bothered him now, and his primary goal was to get used to high-school life and deal with his “public relations” as quickly as can manage and start his high-school study career in the optimal state.
