“Seven,” Bran said, shaking with relief. Hisfingers had dug deep gouges in the man’s forearm. He let go sheepishly.
“七岁。”布兰听了如释重负，但仍旧不免发抖。他的指头深深抠进男人的手臂，这时连忙惭愧地放开。
The man looked over at the woman. “Thethings I do for love,” he said with loathing. He gave Bran a shove.
男人转头去看着女人。“好好想一想，我为爱情做了些什么。”他极不情愿地说，接着便用力把布兰朝外一推。
Screaming, Bran went backward out the windowinto empty air. There was nothing to grab on to. The courtyard rushed up tomeet him.
