She pushed past him with a roll of her eyes, hands gripping her bag strap tight, she just had to make it home, the poor thing was on its last legs, maybe she could order a new one off of Amazon, something cheap, she had a little spare that month, she could probably afford a simple backpack. Her walking around him didn’t deter him though, he simply picked up the step behind her. “I don’t want you to get to know me, so go bother one of your fan club, I’m sure they’d be thrilled with the unsolicited attention.” Just keep walking, he’d get bored eventually, she told herself.
