Another couple of laughs came while the redhead shifted his backpack. “Ugh, fine. A bet is a bet.” He had been mostly inebriated when he agreed to his friend's stupidly ridiculous bet the other night. They had been at a party after a swim competition. Having taken first place, he had declared himself the champion of everything, and there was nothing he couldn't do, no bet he couldn't win, no woman he couldn't seduce...
当红发男孩移动他的背包时，又传来了一阵笑声。“呃，好吧。赌就赌。”那天晚上，当他同意朋友愚蠢而荒谬的打赌时，他已经醉得不省人事了。他们在一次游泳比赛后参加了一个聚会。拿到第一名后，他宣称自己是全能冠军，没有什么是他做不到的，没有他赢不了的赌注，没有他不能勾引的女人..。
So here he was, looking at what he assumed to be a study bug, loser of a girl who was too macho to even wear makeup from across the courtyard. “She can't even dress properly, she's going to freeze to death in that before I even ask her to the school dance.”
