“I known all too well,” Said Karrson, and shook his hand. “I’ll catch you later.” And with that he left the boy to himself on the landing of the stairs and continued to his dorms room and entered. It was a room designated to eight pupils, only mildly spacious if full, but looked rather stark and empty, since only one of the lower bunks were taken and a small part of the cabinets used, presumably by Hunter, who he had already met.
He picked the lower bunk closest to the door and put his possessions in place. He was a somewhat minimalist person, and had but a few leisure reads and oddments besides his daily usage supplies. He stretched hard and yawned aloud to drive the weariness already present in him just as Hunter returned, making him laugh at his strange posture: “You had better not let a girl see you do that, Ha ha.”
