“Grand, Grandma, You had, seen the Frosten Flowers before?!” It takes me some time to put these words into a piece of sentence. I am shocked. “ Trust me, everything costs something for balance, and I lost someone forever for this. On the way back to the town, in the middle of the lake, it was already dark and the moon was hanging in the sky. It only took a few moments to realise that we were surrounded by the endless fog. A complete darkness and whiteness mixed with each other blocked our way. We only got a small swaying lamp at the front of the raft for us to barely locate our position. Suddenly, a deep glum rhythm began to spread in the fog. We had no idea what that instrument was and it seemed that it wasn’ t played by someone in the fog near the raft, instead it was played inside our bodies, in our deep hearts. She shouted out: “ Abbelka, Look! There’ s someone standing on the reef in front of us!” A reef and a shadow began to loom in. We shouted out for help, but there was no response. The music was the only thing which broke the silence. We gradually began to approach the reef, and suddenly we found ourselves drawing near a completely naked guy with white deadly skin with the clearly labelled bones under it. His hair was long and wet, his nails were long and sharp. The music was played by him with his long nails instead of his fingers. We were so frightened that we dared not to even do a single movement. “ It is Nacken, just don’ t look at him, my grandma once told me about it.” It didn’ t take long for the raft to pass by him and let him disappear in the fog. As we went much further, the music became much deeper and more distant and gone. However, it seemed the fog was still reluctant to leave. And we could only and barely row a bit in case that the raft would crush into the reef.”
