At some point, she had become tired. It was difficult to try and formulate thoughts while her mind was being suffocated by swarms of memories. It had become so, so hard to think clearly. Maybe she should have been trying to think of a way to escape until now. Maybe if she did that, she would be able to continue existing, to find out more about the world she had woken up in. But what was there to find out? More Arcaea? More of these memories she had gotten used to?

She stared up at the sky. The colors were hard to distinguish… she didn’t even bother to think of their names. She didn’t even bother to try and remember which was which. She looked up emptily at the sky when she saw a flash of red.
‘Another one?’ she thought, or at the very least tried to. It was a girl in a sea of bright colors looking upwards, at the sky. A luminous sky, filled with things all bright and merry, with the prettiest parts of life. Yet her eyes remained blank, unfocused, despite the marvel that she was witnessing. It was the marvel she had brought together, yet she felt no sense of accomplishment.
