The Island Chapter 5(12)

The day is beginning to break,but with a little mist around the forest, the whole forest still looks very creep and spooky in the dark. George walked through that tree and keep looking around to find John. “Come on , John this is not funny, you’re acting stupid!” George said. He lost some of his brave in his tone, but with a sense of fear. George shone his flashlight on the other trees and suddenly discover that the red vein on that tree were also on those tree, and it’s even stranger that it also arranged in a shape of arrow pointing on the same direction: Dark forest. George stopped at the tree and looks in front of him, hesitate about entering that forest or not. While George staring that forest, there’s that voice again from that forest: “Come on George, stop acting like a pussy and come over here!” “Alright that’s it , you little brat.” George shouted and keep walking.

The Sign
After passes a few tree, George finds that the red veins are getting longer on the trees and it looks more red and more..... alive. George keep following the sign, and soon the the veins are long enough to connected to each other, into one giant vein. George feels tired of looking for John, he stopped and put his hand on his leg for resting, while saying: “Just quit it John, just come out you’re acting like a little kid.”
