Time ticked on as we explored this strange town, the sky eventually burning yellow and orange with the impending sunset. I hadn't a watch or a clock to read, but it felt about that time.
"Hey, you hungry?" I asked my sister, hushed.
Her stomach answered for her before her mouth could.
"Well okay then," I chuckled, "let's see..."
I turned around, eyes darting for any place that seemed to have some kind of food. I spotted a store of some kind selling bread, pastries, and fruit, with faded red scrawling on the front and door of the building. Besides that, it looked like a nice place and it was close by.
