‘I can’t just dump him on a bench, can I?’ Said Cecy in a low voice. Alice raised her eyebrows. 
‘I mean, I came here wishing to look for my sister and aunt. At least I hope to find them.’
And also to return and not come back, she thought silently. But considering that she was facing who brought her there in the first place, she didn’t voice it out loud. The daggers looked sharp, and she didn’t fancy them possibly leveled at her jugular.
