Little Harry’s mouth and nasal cavity were sticky with white foam, and the two hands clasped with water plants. Preliminary, there was no doubt that he died of drowning.
Louis looked back at my astonished expression and asked, “What’s wrong? You know him?”
I nodded blankly.
 “So lovely a boy, what a pity.” Louis bowed his head and continued to examine the corpse surface.
 “There are bleeding spots in the conjunctiva of the eyelid, bule nais and obvious signs of asphyxia.” While examining the corpse, Louis said slowly. “There is no damage to the mucosa of the mouth and nose, and no injury to the skin of the neck and bleeding.”

This is the general method of forensic autopsy. After confirming the death of the deceased due to asphyxia, it is necessary to confirm whether it is mechanical asphyxia caused by external violence covering the mouth, nose and neck. After eliminating it, we can confirm whether there are signs of drowning or not. The exclusion method and the identification method are used together to avoid the mischaracterization of the case caused by missed and mistaken detection.
