Eren raised his scimitars, but as fast as lightning, a dagger buried itself in the orc’s chest.
“You just can’t let me have any fun.” Eren complained, as the two figures approached.
On the left, was a tall and lean humanoid, clad in simple clothes of linen and leather, his hair literally blazing like a bonfire. He had mithril armguards covering his upper arms, and a quartarstall lay across his shoulders.
The other was an elf, slender and fair-skinned, her lavender eyes glistening. She gripped a curved elven blade, and her familiar, a black cat, trotted in her wake.

“Geez, you make it sound like you hadn’t just killed five orcs.” Baskara Kotaro, the male genasi, retorted. He ran a hand through his blazing head, and snuffed out the flames, revealing his black curls.
“Baskara, please refrain from bursting into flames in the middle of a goddamn forest.” Said an exasperated Reniya Amastacia, the female elf. “I don’t have that many water spheres to drop on blazing trees, you know?”
“Hey, I’m a firesoul genasi!” Baskara complained. “Fire is, like, my existence.”
