Chapter Seven(7)

‘Come on,’ Lydia said, and Cecy and Alberto followed her into the hallway. 
It looked about the same as the last time they had entered it, the light did not come from electricity, but from more old-fashioned origins. Cecy wondered, as they walked, their three pairs of different-sounding footsteps echoing in the hallway, whether this was what medieval castles looked like inside. Mysterious, dim and a bit musty.
The hallway did not stretch for very long, and before she could think too much about it, they saw light ahead, the common white light that spoke of electric lights.
