I'm sorry but it seems like you're just speedreading at this point.. What's written is the law, the book's intention when writting them is irrelevant. It's already implied several times that the book cannot fully predict the outcome of laws before actually writting them. It's why the book had to constantly write in new laws, to remove all the "gray areas" that can be used as loopholes. I also don't see why other characters (Especially lower sequences) complimenting Klein as "smart" is a bad thing? Every high sequence characters in this novel are written as super geniuses, not just Klein. Their mental capabilities literally increases the closer they are to godhood. At an angel level, it's not surprising for Klein to be able to solve problems in split seconds.
不好意思，但你好像完全没好好看……写出来的就是法条，但这本书写出法条的时候的意图和这个是没有关联的。之前已经暗示过很多次了，这本书在写下法条之前，没办法完全预测到这条法律带来的后果。这也是这本书一直在写新法条的原因，就是为了把这些能变成漏洞的“灰色地带”都去除掉。我也不觉得其他角色（特别是低阶非凡者）赞美克莱恩“聪明”是件坏事啊？这本书里每个高序列角色都写得像是超级天才，又不只是克莱恩。他们的心智能力其实就是越接近神性越强的。到了天使级，克莱恩能在几秒之内就解决这类问题不算奇怪吧。
