I think the difference has something to do with the acting method for this sequence. If you think about seeing a person coming back after the paper burning trick verses seeing an actual person killed, the latter sounds much more bizarre and scary.
我觉得不同之处在于这个序列的扮演方式。比如你想象一下看到一个人变成纸人燃烧殆尽的样子，还有一个人在你眼前切切实实地被杀的样子，后者听起来肯定更诡异更恐怖一些。

It really does illustrate how inhuman Klein is becoming. Imagine splitting your mind 50 different ways, and being able to control each of them individually without error in a certain distance. That shows you how formidable his mind and spirit have become.
