There is no mention of the Godess as a transmigrator, although i am of the same mind as you, there is something fishy going on, the Church of Godess is around 4000 years old (it was mentioned in the previous chapters) and the idea of man and women are equal is constantly present, that idea is so much ahead of time that i believe that if she isn't a transmigrator she maybe met one herself posibly the True Creator or someone else.
