A company going bankrupt doesn't just affect the owner; ALL of the employees are now facing unemployment, some of them have probably already lost their jobs, their pay may have been cut. Nowhere in this chapter does it say he is the owner of the factory.

By his looks. He's either owner, director or manager. Poor worker he isn't. And factory management most of the time were exactly as corrupt as their owners.

In some way I understand that guy, when such major changes are occurring, the government needs to step up and give assistance(like a low interest loan or they'll be not paying taxes for a transition period)obliviously it should be not a big companies but smaller ones.
Because if it's not done, a lot of people will be on the streets and dying.
