Numerous detectives cautiously advanced to Wilt's cell, each holding a gun, and all of them held their breath. Finally, all the police slammed the door open, and they were greeted by Sherlock's bloody face, his nose bitten off. The open arms were hung up by the white sheets, and "Welcome" was written on them with blood.
All the detectives searched every corner. Only one young detective lay next to Watson, who was pretended by Wilt, comforting him until the ambulance came and put the fake Watson on the Stretcher, and put on a ventilator.
