Percy dashed towards Annabeth. ‘Take a chill pill, percé!’ Link yelled and pulled Percy back. Well, he tried, but Percy’s feet were like propellers. ‘Whoa, whoa, WHOAAAAAA!’ Percy slipped and went flying. Link took out his paraglider and flew after Percy. ‘Wait, where are you guys going? Oh, holy hatter!’ Mario stomped around, crossing his arms. ‘Why can’t l ever get any fun??!!’ But suddenly he gasped. There stood Annabeth—— throwing out HER hat! It went in crazy circles and flew towards Mario’s hat. The hat flew as if it just ate Link’s hearty simmered fruit dish. Mario watched as the hats flew nearer. Even the invisible enemies seemed to stop. The hats suddenly hit each other with a CRASH! Mario whooped. Time slowed down as a hurricane formed. Except that this wasn’t just a normal hurricane——it was a hatticane! The hatticane sweeper up everything near it. Trees were snapped of their roots, lakes and ponds got sucked up like lemonade, and even the sky dimmed. Annabeth sealed herself inside a red and yellow power globe. Snake like electricity shoots slithered around the ball of energy. The temperature was definitely growing inside. Annabeth was struggling to keep the big hatticane going. She pulled with all her strength——and with a mighty BANG! The hatticane exploded. Everything was in a blurry mess. Dust, dirt and earth flew around. ‘Pbbbbbt! What was that?!’ Link spat some soil out and stuffed his paraglider back into his Sheikah Slate. Suddenly a big electrical globe smashed into him. ‘Ouch! Bzzzzzzzzzzzz’ Link’s sentence ended in an electronic shock. ‘Bluh! Look out!’ Percy yelled. ‘Those balles are everywhere! And look who’s in the middle!’ In the middle of all the balls stood Annabeth. She was frantically trying to pop the balls. On her head was her hat, except it was a little bit different. Her hat had little eyes like Mario’s red cap, and also had small snake electricity swimming around. ‘Run! I’m going to pop all these balls at once!’ Annabeth lifted her hands, pushed, and the balls exploded. Link once more got blown away. He zig zagged off and flew around wildly…
