Like him.’ She gestured towards Alberto, and Cecy glanced at him. His casual look was gone, and now he looked quite serious. He did not disagree with Lydia’s statement. Cecy’s heart thumped a beat.
‘And me,’ Lydia added, as an afterthought, ‘My ability is actually quite like yours you know, and I’m sure I can teach you how to improve your talent. You shouldn’t waste something as useful and unique as that. It’s a gift. And a valuable one too.’
