Amon probably has had parasites among both populations for a while already and Klein is also most likely aware of that already. As a matter of fact he migration is probably a great opportunity for Klein to root out any of his parasites. During the migration all of the population of both Silver and Moon City will be gathered together for The Fool to transport them out. Klein seems to be able to teleport others remotely from Sefirah Castle as shown with Derrick and is companions and when Klein views the world through a prayer point he can see through Amon’s parasites. It’s safe to assume that when Derrick makes the prayer to have The Fool transport everyone out of Silver City Klein will be able perform a “scan” of all the citizens to look for any Amons. I’d also probably guess that Amon is already well aware of Klein’s little migration plan and either has his own plan running al well or simply doesn’t really give a f*ck.
