The Skyline Chapter One(Part 3)(2)
I liked the post and scrolled down again. “You’ve reached the bottom for new posts.”
Okay, there’s no more new posts. I did a motion of brushing away at the holograms and the blog page closed immediately. However, I continued to sit on my bed. There’s isn’t really anything that I could do now than wait. But wait for what? For the next competition season maybe. There isn’t anything inspiring me nor “new” to me right now.
3 P.M, I checked the digital clock. There’s still a long time before the sun sets. I swung my legs over the side of my bed and got off. I sat down at the writing desk in my room. The desk is made of glass; as the sunlight casts inside my room, the reflection on the glass made the whole room seemed illusory. Strokes of red, golden, and blue was reflected everywhere in the room. My room is not small nor big, but contains everything I need to be comfortable. On the left side the opposite wall of the desk, an automatic door took up some space. A hovering bookshelf collecting all the books and ebooks on the shelfs, is located at the left side of the desk—along with the hologram projector. The whole wall on that side is a giant high-resolution screen which can be used as background or television. On this side of the room, my bed—located some distance from the desk, is at the center of the room. The wall located in front of the desk is made of glass, which can let me see outside at all complete angles at the other parts of my property. The part exactly opposite to the door is a hovering closet. Although, there isn’t much in the room, I still have a lot of space in other rooms to keep things. The walls of the room is colored in a luminary light green. In the night, they can glow and lit up the room.
