It's been so long since I've read those books that they're basically a blur. Detective Conan is loosely based on Sherlock Holmes and it makes many many references. (i.e. his name Edogawa Conan makes references to two detective mystery authors Edogawa Ranpo and Sir Arthur CONAN Doyle.) Now that I'm thinking on this Conan's catchphrase is "Shinjitsu wa itsumo hitotsu" which in English is "There's always only one truth" is what I was confusing with that Sherlock quote.

我上次读这些书已经是很久以前了，基本上记忆已经模糊了。名侦探柯南大致是以夏洛克·福尔摩斯为原型的，而且有很多引用参考。（比如他的名字，江户川柯南，就是引自两位名侦探，江户川乱步和亚瑟·柯南·道尔爵士。）现在我觉得，我可能是把柯南的名台词“真相只有一个”和夏洛克的名言弄混了。
