-命运之轮途径：命运议员（序列4）

First let me say I really appreciate you including the chapters it makes everything much easier for me and makes discussion easier. Let me try and refute most of these one by one with the reasoning I went by.
Death Consul: To me this sounds like a title or governmental position instead of a Potion. The main reason for this is its prefaced by "Balam Empire's" and means an official appointed by a government to live in a foreign city. While its possible its a potion name I'm not willing to add it until its confirmed.
Primordial: I believe this is just a shortened version of the God's name Primordial Demoness. It doesn't make too much sense as a potion name based on the meaning. If I had to guess I would guess Sequence 0 is just 'Demoness' but I have no idea. The entire time its referring to a single entity and not something vaguer. Even if its possible (though I don't think its the name) its also unconfirmed so I haven't added it
