Arrodes fits the Sage pathway more. While the book fits the Author characteristics, which is a Sequence 2 from Observer if I remember correctly.

It is stated in one of the earlier chapters that the downside of using it is that the pen will try to get it's owner/user killed.
之前的章节里说过一次，使用这只羽毛笔的负面效果就是这支笔会试着写死它的持有者。

The Ince Zangwill scene seemed to hAppen at quite a random time. I wonder if the author is foreshadowing anything or just got bored.
因斯·赞格威尔的这段情节看起来时间线不是现在？不知道作者是不是在暗示什么，或者只是觉得无聊了

My money's on Mr. Azik recovering some more of his memory/power and exerting it on him but by bit.
Basing it mostly on their repeated conflicts and his Death pathway powers being overwritten by a more powerful Sequence.
