"Coffee moderation..."
Elaine's head shaped like a coffee mug with her ear also being like the handle. She is seen being highly hyperactive and awake, constantly shaking and talking fast. The message revealed from the song and the character is that you don't need all the things you crave to survive, and all is in moderation. You can use the things you love often for help, like Coffee for example, you don't get addicted to it.
The Cheese finale and its message both has its own message and sums up every episode before, both in the final song and Cheese's general message. The message is basically that life is full of many choices and you shouldn't be too worried about tough decisions. Even if you don't know which is the right one, each choice is a learning experience, as you learn from each choice. This is shown in the episode when the character goes through the "Five Aisles of Grief" when thinking about what cheese to choose from, and after choosing a bad cheese, he realizes that he could trust himself in choosing a better cheese, and how each choice he makes is a decision he makes to be a "good go-getter", which is where he goes back to the sample stand and finally makes his choice on what Yogurt sample to try which he said he'll was going to hopefully come back to in the first episode. Him choosing the strawberry yogurt was him finally making his own decision and being happy and proud of it, despite not getting a chance to try the other sample.
