We all travel... to...lose ourselves(2)
We didn't notice how long the time had passed. When we noticed, it was raining outside, raining cats and dogs as if expressing the sympathy for our destiny as well as reminding it's time to leave.
Somehow, I started hating the time. TIME, like a thief, NOT ONLY DID it steal our precious impeccable youth, BUT ALSO engraved its footprints onto our faces.
She left ...
NOT A SINGLE WORD DID she say when she left, but it's worth millions of words.
Only thing I could do was watch her helpless shadow figure dissolve into the darkness.
Then I walked along as far as the edge of the street, turned around and walked back up home. NOT UNTIL I got in front of my home, DID I find my house key was missing.
A solitary figure was outside the house ... all night long.
