If so, we call them cases, and we need a further step to autopsy and detection. Otherwise, we call them incidents, and corpses will be given to family members to handle with. When the investigation work cannot continue, after reviewing it, we find it wrong, take it as case, forensic technician will be universally condemned. If we mistake the cases for incidents, which will result in wrongful conviction. Every year, more than ten thousand unnatural death incidents happen, we have to allocate two forensic technicians to serve each incident. Each forensic technician has to handle with more than seventy incidents. Of course, inspection and identification work of traffic accidents do not include in incidents.
