Please accept my festival greetings for the 104th anniversary of Tsinghua University.
In retrospection, Tsinghua has observed a year of reform marked by unfettered accomplishments. We have enacted the Articles of Association of Tsinghua University, the first constitutional document in the university’s history to guide the governance and operation of the university. This enactment will improve the governance and decision-making system, as well as the teaching and research atmosphere, of the university.
