Lumine jumped on him, hugging his neck, and making him take a step backwards to catch his balance. “You dummy---” she sniffled as she held onto him tighter, feet dangling several inches from the ground, an impressive leap really. “I was worried about you adjusting to everything, it’s such a huge adjustment to your life, and yet you turned it around on me... giving me the we’ll be okay without money talk... God, do you have any idea how much I love your stupid face?”

Her feet slowly touched the ground and they pulled apart to share a quick kiss. “So... not mad?”
