That's straight up impossible because they are part of of the same three pathway's that lead to becoming a great old one/outer deity. They are destined to fight. Just like the Evernight Godess, Death and the God of Combat were. One of them has to die for the other one to become an outer deity and I don't see Amon just rolling over dead and gifting Klein the win.
