Make The Right Choices(3)

The reason I write this article is simple, that is, I should decrease the time to play computer as possible as I can. In order to block my brain from radiation, I must stick to this discipline and look for other replacement for it, maybe it's toy playing, maybe it's card playing, maybe it's chess, football, wandering outside, or meditation,etc... 
Recently I have got some progress in meditation and kongfu, I must protect my progress from silently degenerating and retreating, so in order to do this, I must try my best to get away from electronic products. This is the best way for me, and the unique one as well!!
