That all depend on his state.. The rule is, if he can successfully revive, all those beyonder characteristic which is scatter and the uniqueness will be attract to him, automatically.. It alr happen before, when suddenly Black Emperor of the past starting to revive, all seq 1 characteristic is being attract, making those in seq 1 have to jump to another pathways...

2 is correct, it is mentioned that the uniqueness and sequence 1 beyonder characteristics will leave the previous owner to the newly resurrected black Emperor. This was what happened in epoch 4 when the black Emperor Solomon revived, forcing Tudor, Trunsoest who to switch to a different sequence.
