For the next few months, she stayed with Percy, comforted him, and looked after him. Percy seemed nice, but only himself knew how he felt. He could feel every drop of water around him. That means, everything. He tried his best to back to normal. No killing, no fighting, just he and Annabeth.
Things were more complicated than he thought.
His fear was getting deeper, as well as his power. He found it harder and harder to control. His vein cried for killing. He had no choice but to ask them to stop. He knew this was not a good way and someday he might totally lose control. He tried not to think about that. "It's just my fear." He said to himself. "I can control myself. I won't hurt anyone. I love them all."

Then a lightning strike into his life broke everything he mattered.
