这可能有点像之前他消化诡法师魔药的时候。他之前是必须要制造一些诡异的场景，以此制造恐惧，但因为他不想给普通人带来麻烦，他的行动规模都很小，也就导致他的进度比较慢。在目前这种情况下，可能就体现在实现普通人的“世俗“愿望（不管这份愿望看起来有多么不平凡）带来的消化反馈不明显上。所以，为此他就得去实现更多非凡者的愿望，越高序列越好，或者需要实现更多牵涉非凡要素的愿望，比如普通人许愿要解决超自然事件的情况。

It was actually stated that to perform a miracle, he has to start from completing small and similar wishes as it rises. So it's: Wish ⏩ wish ⏩ wish... ⏩ miracle. So, in order for him to reach this point of snApping his fingers and restoring the entire city, he had to start with repairing houses etc. If he wants to be able to use a miracle to teleport himself like Kotar, he would need to fulfil the wishes of teleporting people and such. With miracle invoker, the sequences he fulfils the wishes haven't been too significant to his progress (thus far)
其实之前表演奇迹的时候已经说过了。他必须要从完成小愿望和相似的愿望开始。所以其实是：愿望->愿望->愿望……=>奇迹。所以，为了让他达到能打个响指就修复整座城市的地步，他必须要从修复一栋房屋开始，等等等等。如果他想要实现把他自己传送走的奇迹，就像科塔尔一样，那他就得先满足别人有关传送之类的愿望。至于奇迹师，他实现愿望的序列和他消化的进度没有太大的关系（目前为止）。

I don't know if that is how it works where the wishes have to be the same type as the miracle he wants to invoke. We haven't really been told how it works besides smaller wishes accumulating into bigger wishes.
