hmm... maybe 0-02 have the same requirement as 0-08, which is everything that it says must follow some common sense and there must be some cause and effect in the rules.

Yeah, they already said that the rules must be displayed publicly and be confirmed somewhat by the people. Maybe after it wakes up more, it can start bypassing those rules
