In other words: you cannot commit fraud if you are unsure if what you are doing is fraudulent or not. likely Klein means for them to do things for him that only make sense to Klein. that sounds nice, philosophically, but it would depend on how these rules work. they know that if he is asking, it is clearly because he cannot do it himself without breaking the rules, so they would be knowingly breaking said rules, even if they don't know how.

换句话说：如果你不确定你做的事情是不是欺诈，那你就不算欺诈。很可能克莱恩是想让他们去做一些只有克莱恩才知道背后真实意图的事情。这听起来不错，哲学上来说如此，但这个取决于这些规则到底是怎么运行的。他们肯定知道，如果克莱恩叫他们去做这些事情的话，显然是因为他没办法在不违法的情况下自己去做，所以他们就会在不知情的情况下违反上述规则，即使你不知道你到底哪里违法了。
