Most of the time members of this base are willing to give you some almond water and offer you some time for rest, although this is risky because this level is really dangerous. These Bases are usually located in dangerous levels.
Entrances and Exits
Entrances
Find an orange door with a blue exit sign in Level 4 and enter it.
Find a hidden bunker underneath a house in Level 9 and open a trapdoor inside the bunker to enter this level.
Find an orange office building in Level 11 or Level 161.

The door on Level 332 has a chance to open to this level. This door connected to this level will have a brass number "6" fixed to it. It acts as a constant entrance and exit to Level 332.
Exits
Go through an orange door to enter Level 4.
Go through a trapdoor in the ceiling to enter Level 9.
Leave through the "exit doors" somewhere in the building to enter either Level 11 or Level 161.
Go through a trapdoor in the floor to enter The Basement.
Go through a red door with a red exit sign to enter Level !.
