Likely ****ed up beyind belief as many who take that pathway aren't awarenore do they want to turn into the oppositr gender. It likely fucks with their heads, prolly why most of that sect is kind of crazy. This doesn't apply for Transgenders since we already saw a depiction of that with Xios friend, it didn't really affect her as in her mind she was already/always female.
