Maybe it's because the Destroyer Wolf(Flegrea) that came before her supposedly had Seer pathway spirituality, we don't know much about him, but apparently he was insane, and Evernight is related to him in some way, shape or form.

despite restricting other Seers, she is friendly so far to Klein. plus the seer is not neighbouring to her pathway so controlling its authority shouldn't be her goal

Again, seer is NOT a neighbouring pathway of sleepless. Only corpse collector (death) and warrior (giant) pathways are interchangeable. If Evernight Goddess consumes the Uniquenes of seer, She will go insane. So even if She has any intention of gaining more power, it would be a friendlier way with Klein.
