He doesn’t have the supplementary ingredients yet. Or at least it was never mentioned that he obtained them, I don’t think the author would forget it though based on his style so far. He also hasn’t finished acting and just asked Arrodes about how to speed it up unsuccessfully. The Gray Fog prevents acting feedback too. In short he is still missing things so it’s impossible.
