It should be possible for him to obtain another Marionette after acting a bit more and use that one maybe? Or does he have to use the Wraith’s special ability to hide it in his body? If so that’s truly a huge price to pay. So big I would say it’s worth it to go out of his way to find and kill another Wraith even if he slightly risks attracting the notice of the Rose School of Thought. A wraith is just too useful.
Note on the oath Klein swore with the Goddess’s Sword. It’s very unlikely for Cesimir to be able to detect the connection in close proximity. I’m chapter 285 when Cesimir was hunting Lanevus and Klein was watching in the shadows from very close by Klein wasn’t noticed. There were also no traces of his presence near Lanevus‘s corpse after he was killed. My impression is he isn’t able to be casually detected unless Cesimir is either actively looking for him or unless he increases his power or advances from Sequence 5 Spirit Warlock to Sequence 4 Nightwatcher and becomes a demigod. He should still try and break the connection though to avoid latent risks especially as there are no benefits to keeping it.
