Not necessarily, just that seeking revenge against the traitor on his behalf is too dangerous. It's not like Lewis will wait a year or so (maybe even more time) for Fors to reach and digest sequences 7 to 5 just sitting in Backlund and tapping his feet, instead of just doing his business and getting away like any normal outlaw beyonder (even more so since he is an Oracle, a pillar among True Creator's worshippers, eventually he will get an order to go to another city and off he will). You also dont expect for your student to be part of a secret society that can plausibly take revenge for a price. Even if she reaches sequence 5 it will still be more or less an even fight as they have the same powers. Too dangerous, just give her a portrait, a name and tell her to get away from that plague.
