The oceanic research center in Indonesia is an institution where measuring the new activities of the Indian ocean, however, recently the research center has become less active for there’s not much of the research project for the Indian ocean are needed right now, it’s just the typical research topics, global warming, sea level rising, another species in the ocean are dying and stuff. Plus most of the staff are heading home for the upcoming Christmas holiday and new year. The entire facility is now operating in low power mode, where some staff with shift only looking at the sensors they put at the ocean, watching the little red dots on radar keep flashing. For Jeff, a “scientist” in ORC, there’s literally nothing to do but only dazing.
