Needle Horse is a Trevor Henderson entity that appears to have an appearance of a bone white horse with a proboscis in place of a mouth and nose. It has been sighted both in suburban areas as well as out in nature (near a campsite). When asked about how Needle Horse fits into the ecosystem, Trevor stated that "We just don't know about that one. It seems to behave like any other horse. The withered corpses found in the area around reported sightings are circumstantial evidence." suggesting that Needle Horse drains it's prey dry, like a mosquito. It may be connected to another monster of Trevor's, "Horse at Night" due to their similar appearance and name.
