Chapter 12 The Remains of Barren Hills (I)

Spring Festival was approaching and the cold winter was about to leave. In the coldest season of every year, the provincial Criminal Police Department will have a very heavy task, that is, homicide supervision. In order to achieve the goal that homicides must be solved, provincial department organize investigation and technicians to be grouped around the province department on the eve of the Spring Festival to supervise homicides, for further promoting some unsolved homicides, and for minimizing the backlog of unsolved homicides.
