《绿野仙踪》讲述了多罗西的历险故事。
她和她的小狗托托被龙卷风吹到了奥芝国，为了回到家乡，回到亲人身边，多罗西遇到了种种惊险，经历了千辛万苦。在旅途中她认识了想要大脑的铁皮人；想要一颗心的稻草人和想要胆量的狮子。为了实现各自的心愿，他们历尽艰难，一起经历了很多不可思议的奇遇。在书中我看到遇到困难时他们互相帮助，发挥自身的特长和优点共同战胜困难。我也懂得了每个人都有长处，通过努力也会增强自己的力量。做事只要不放弃，不灰心，坚持到底，都能实现梦想。
