This novel shows at last the wilderness beat the civilization. It shows that when people were in the worst circumstance they will become a beast. And a beast has less rules, they just fight against each other with the body. In my opinion , I think Golding is too realistic that is become not such more reality. I don’t think this will happen if this is a true story.
But it could happen if everyone was exactly the same as the one under the describe of Golding. If Ralph can be smarter, if piggy can be more stronger even Jack can be weaker, the things will change. But it really take place during the second WW. I think in most of the circumstance rules is a good thing for the whole group. But when a lot of people disagree with that for their interests , that would be different.
Jack isn’t danger at all, the things which worried Ralph was the group of hunter. I believe that Jack made his government a quite sure thing, for he is the most strongest child and he isn’t stupid ,he just couldn’t control his wilderness just like Hitler. If he can be more self-collected he can lead the children much better than Ralph. Piggy is smart but he doesn’t know how people’s mind think.
